three days into 2010. I usually have my resolutions written down by now. I haven't finished this year's yet. Today was cold. I went to Tyrone Square to do some shopping but walked the mall first. That's 3 days of exercising so far. My diet however,hasn't faired as well - pizza for dinner last night and again tonight, plus potato chips with lunch. Salty carbs are definitely my downfall and I need to develop some alternative actions when I crave them.
Also, I didn't do much on my get the house ready for Bob list. I hope tomorrow is sunny!
First day back to work and I already stress eating. If I took more time to eat a lunch, maybe I wouldn't feel so ravenous as soon as I get in the house in the afternoon. Regardless, today was not good at all. I consumed a large quantity of tortilla chips and crackers.
No time for resolutions yet either. Where did my vacation go?
